Fourteen years, from DITA and single-source publishing through information
architecture at Adobe HelpX scale to retrieval engineering. Aeronautical
engineering by training.

## What I build

- Chunking architecture: H2/H3-anchored ~300-token sections with product,
  version, and topic-type metadata for filtered retrieval.
- Retrieval evaluation: RAGAS baselines measuring answer relevance,
  faithfulness, and context recall.
- Embedding model benchmarking: sentence-transformers, text-embedding-3-small,
  bge-m3, scored against the target corpus.
- MCP servers exposing a corpus, its analytics, and its CI status as callable
  tools.
- Typed knowledge graphs (REQUIRES / COVERS / BELONGS_TO) over documentation.
- GA4 to BigQuery content-gap pipelines.
